Job Description:
We're looking for a Data Entry Operator for Data Entry Job in Hyderabad to update and maintain information on our databases and systems.
Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets, MS word, mathematical formulas, and online forms.

Responsibilities:

Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
Apply data program techniques and procedures.
Makes appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed.
Responding to the user requests and problems
Retrieve data as requested. Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Produce reports
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data.

The Profile
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator.
Experience with MS Office and data programs.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
