ICMEI persuaded AAFT University of Media And Arts (Raipur-Noida) and signed a Memorandum of Association with Bolivian Education Company Escuela Militar De Ingenieria to promote art culture and especially education through Rommel Moron Romero Rector Escuela Militar De Ingenieria Bolivia, which was a humble beginning under Indo Bolivia Film And Cultural Forum informed Sandeep Marwah.
