Laila Rahhal El Atfani (Founder & President) in a simple ceremony at Hotel Oberoi, Business Bay Dubai, during his visit to UAE.

The presentations are either by the Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Federal Ministers or by Ambassadors and High Commissioners of different countries.
Dr. Marwah is also representing countries in Africa including Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Sudan, Nigeria, Gabon, Gambia, South Africa, Lesotho, Comoros, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, and Tanzania.
