Duties & Responsibilities:
Assistance in: Bookkeeping, Payroll Management, BIR Compliances and other Accounting tasks
Compilation of invoices, billings, receipts and reimbursements
Record financial transactions into internal databases
Create, check and update expense / liquidation reports
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Other tasks deemed by the General Manager in relation
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Analytical and meticulous with details
Organized and systematic
Can perform effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or related field
