Free Remote Personal Assistance
- Location: usa
I am looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to my team while working remotely. Work from home to provide online administrative and clerical support to my team members and clients. You typically take calls, answer emails, schedule appointments,book and confirm accommodations, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with current technologies and communication gadgets.
Experience with word-processing software (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Remuneration :
$48 per hour
